General Booking Information
We are closed Mondays for drop-offs or collections.
Arrival/collection times are 10.00 -12.00. Please specify your time of arrival between 10am and 12noon so that we can meet you in our shop.
Payment: 50% is payable on booking and 50% on arrival (or 100% on booking).
Our minimum booking fee per pen booked is £42.00
Delivery and collection times
You can deliver and collect your animals 6 days a week during the following times:

Pens
Our predator proof pens provide a safe space for your ducks to stay. Each pen has a generous layer of new hardwood-chips as a flooring and contains its own food bowl, small pond, grit hopper and house (with a bedding of shavings) as standard. Any eggs laid by your ducks will be collected daily for you to take home at the end of their stay. If there are any special care requirements, please complete the relevant section on our booking form.
Feed
The feed provided will be a mix of layers pellets and mixed corn. If you prefer, you are welcome to bring along your ducks usual feed and any treats they are used to.
Payment
The total fee will be calculated when adding the details of your booking. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon booking, the balance payable on arrival. All prices include VAT at 20%. There is a minimum fee of £42 per pen.
Terms and Conditions
Carriers and boxes cannot be left with us during your animals stay (unless by prior agreement).
