Similar to Dried Mealworms, Calci Worms have a much higher nutritional value. Research shows that natural feed with balanced Ca:P ratios contribute to stronger bones and shiny feathers.
Calcium is especially important for laying birds. Lack of calcium can result in poor laying, soft shells and can cause behaviour problems such as egg eating.
Calci worms are also sold under names Black Soldier Fly Larvae and Soldier Grubs.
Feeding Instructions:
Feed from the ground, a table or suitable feeder. Fresh water should always be available. Store in a cool, dry, dark place and in a sealed container once opened. Not for human consumption.
